Our main mission is a successful development of infrastructural and institutional capacities for all partners or companies who approach the LAKE Company.
Our objective is to share with our clients the knowledge, skills, experiences and the business partners’ network that we have built during years-long cooperation (primarily in the construction field), and to facilitate their strategic decisions and thereby enable the business operations to advance over time.

It is of utmost importance to know what the market needs. Our environment lacks a research-based knowledge of these needs. We would like to create an environment which is constantly mindful of its development goals and uses them to its own benefit, to the benefit of the collective.
In the spirit of our traditional hospitality, we want to be a good host to our guests, and for our potential business partners to create a home-like environment in which they choose to stay. As a good collective, we seek to be a fruitful ground for direct foreign investments.
Through its business operations, LAKE d.o.o. pursues an outermost humane exploitation of resources, both in the construction process by using adequate methods of design and installation of high-quality materials, and throughout the life span of its buildings, whereby the energy consumption has reduced significantly. We wish this kind of development to be embedded in our business culture, in the culture of construction!
